Once we receive your paid invoice, it takes 10-12 business days to receive your order. This process is beyond our control and cannot be rushed.

If your doctor prescribes a medicine that needs to be compounded, it's dispensed by an Australian compounding pharmacy that we work with. The pharmacy is LegitScript certified and TGA licensed, with medicines manufactured under GMP conditions. Your doctor and the pharmacist decide what's right for you.

Yes, we provide travel letters to all patients upon request. However, we highly recommend checking the specific regulations of your destination to avoid any issues at the airport.
Treatment options are determined individually by an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner after reviewing your health history, symptoms, current medicines, relevant pathology and clinical needs. Purchasing a consultation does not guarantee that any particular treatment or prescription will be recommended. Your doctor may request further investigations, recommend non-prescription strategies, refer you for in-person care or determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate.
